Many models are of good quality and created by SketchUp users worldwide. The models in this list are the most SketchUp-compatible ones. All 2D and 3D objects are available, including furniture, cars, and buildings.

How you get into SketchUp 3D Warehouse
On google, you can view SketchUp’s 3D Warehouse. Alternatively, you go to SketchUp, choose Window then go to 3D Warehouse. A mini web browser opens in front of your modeling window. In SketchUp for web, select Search and find 3D Warehouse.
Look around the 3D Warehouse. You’ll see that there are thousands of new items added every day. Many of them aren’t very useful, but there are plenty of things to look at and download.

Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive are all great options if all you’re looking for is to save a copy of your work in the cloud. A removable storage device like a USB drive, preferably located in a different building, is a good way to keep a backup of everything on your computer.

Ease of model Searching
Various ways exist for you to refine and improve your model search results in 3D Warehouse. In particular, it is recommended that you filter your results by either Popularity or Likes and that you filter by Categories to exclude models that don’t match your search.
Check your model size for effective performance
Keep the junk out by limiting search parameters such as file size and polygon count. Do not download too large or complex models from the 3D Warehouse.
Model Downloading
You can import 3D Warehouse models directly into SketchUp when using it during modeling, where they will be positioned on the cursor of the Move tool. Place the new component at the desired location by moving the cursor there, and clicking. You can drag and drop a 3D Warehouse SKP file into SketchUp to place it.
